2008-2020: momenti, fratture e bandiere di due crisi

The economic crisis erupted in 2008 and the health crisis of 2020 were two traumatic events that produced major political consequences. Political philosophy and the social sciences have focused much on them, mostly studying them separately. This paper, on the other hand, proposes a joint analysis of the two crises and consists of a first, mainly theoretical part, in which the framework of investigation and the theoretical stance adopted – through some writings on the crises by Gramsci, Offe, Debray, Morin and Habermas – is defined, and a second part in which the relationship between the specific causes of each of the two crises and the link with the political consequences they produced is investigated.

La crisi economica scoppiata nel 2008 e la crisi sanitaria del 2020 sono stati due eventi traumatici che hanno prodotto importanti conseguenze politiche. La filosofia politica e le scienze sociali si sono concentrate molto su di esse, studiandole per lo più separatamente. Il presente lavoro, invece, propone un'analisi congiunta delle due crisi e si compone di una prima parte, prevalentemente teorica, in cui si definisce il quadro di indagine e la postura teorica adottata - attraverso alcuni scritti sulle crisi di Gramsci, Offe, Debray, Morin e Habermas - e di una seconda parte in cui si indaga il rapporto tra le cause specifiche di ciascuna delle due crisi e il legame con le conseguenze politiche che hanno prodotto.
