The global pandemic known as Covid-19, generated by the coronavirus disease, has spread rapidly across the globe, generating serious consequences from the point of view of physical, social, emotional and educational health. From the scholastic point of view it was necessary to implement new forms of teaching, able to place the student at the center of the learning-teaching process, which contemplate the educational aspect in full, so also values such as socialization, emotions and relationships. In this regard, the movement, represented in the education sector by physical education, is able to respond to these needs, also highlighting a strong interdisciplinary characteristic. This study aims to highlight how in the school environment physical education has an interdisciplinary relevance such as to be able to make the student aware and an active part of the learning process, thus managing to improve their academic performance.
