Abstract
The contribution deals with European legal pathways’ state-of- the-art since the 2020 New Pact on Migration and Asylum. While “protective” pathways are insufficient due to the lack of a permanent EU resettlement framework, the “economic” ones are more promising both from a regulatory (approval of the new Highly Qualified Workers Directive; proposals to amend the Single Permit and Long-Term Residents Directives) and operational perspective (with the establishment of Talent Pools and Talent Partnerships).File in questo prodotto:
