L’aggressione della Russia all’Ucraina, tra diritto e potenza: riflessioni critiche

This contribution critically examines Russia’s aggression against Ukraine which began on February 24, 2022. The author highlights the numerous profiles of international law that have emerged in relation to this affair, including international crimes and the role of the European Union. Particular attention is paid to the link between law and force in international relations, regarding possible exceptions to the ban on the unilateral use of force and the marginalization of the UN collective security system.
