La ricezione dell'attualismo gentiliano nella Germania della "Kulturkritik"

It may come as a surprise that in Germany, despite the indubitable similarities between the Nazi regime and the Fascist one, the chance to implement a reform spiritually linked to that of Giovanni Gentile was never taken into account. The purpose of the contribution is to explore the reasons for that on the philosophical-pedagogical and historical-cultural level, also in order to analyze what the reception of actualism has been, at least in its fundamental lines, in the German nation. Our working assumption is that the Nazi educational theory (irrationalistic and racist) was unrelated to the perspective outlined by the Gentile Reform (ultimately not totalitarian).

Può sorprendere che in Germania, nonostante le indubitabili affinità tra i regimi nazista e fascista, non sia mai stata tenuta in considerazione la possibilità di una riforma spiritualmente legata a quella di Giovanni Gentile. Scopo del contributo è di approfondirne le ragioni sul piano filosofico-pedagogico e storico-culturale, anche al fine di indagare quale sia stata, almeno nelle sue linee fondamentali, la ricezione dell'attualismo nella nazione tedesca. La nostra ipotesi di lavoro è che la teoria educativa del nazismo (irrazionalistica e razzista) fosse estranea alla prospettiva delineata dalla riforma Gentile (essenzialmente non totalitaria).
