This study proposes the development and validation of the Digital Mindset Questionnaire (DMQ), an instrument aimed at investigating the Digital Mindset (DM), in a sample of 396 Italian university students (mean age 23.26 years; 73% F). The development of DMQ was based on the conceptualization of DM as a set of personal beliefs about technology, which is expressed through attitudes of openness or closure toward digital elements. To explore factorial and criterion validities, exploratory and confirmatory analyses were conducted and the relationships of DMQ with e-learning acceptance, technostress, and resistance to change were investigated. Results reveal good psychometric properties of DMQ and underlined the crucial role of DM in university learning contexts mediated by technology.

Abstract
Results reveal good psychometric properties of DMQ and underlined the crucial role of DM in university learning contexts mediated by technology.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
