This paper focuses on two Apulian ‘bottom up’ case studies, which have come to life in small municipalities, internal and peripheral, in the province of Lecce. The objective is to identify, through an interpretative path built on the basis of identity and territoriality, the processes through which the actors have created new complex relationships between agriculture, economy, hospitality and history of the places and the ways in which they have generated a new attitude of care and love for the rural landscape and for its social and cultural value.

Abstract
This paper focuses on two Apulian ‘bottom up’ case studies, which have come to life in small municipalities, internal and peripheral, in the province of Lecce. The objective is to identify, through an interpretative path built on the basis of identity and territoriality, the processes through which the actors have created new complex relationships between agriculture, economy, hospitality and history of the places and the ways in which they have generated a new attitude of care and love for the rural landscape and for its social and cultural value.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
