Appunti a margine del Kelsen "parlamentarista", teorico di una concezione realistica della democrazia

The paper deals, from a constitutional perspective, with the theoretical Kelsen of democracy. The main purpose is to show, on the one hand, the importance of some postulates capable of offering a better understanding of the Reine Rechtslehre itself; on the other, the aim is to rediscover the relevance of some remedies suggested by the Prague scholar to the "problem of parliamentarism", in a historical moment characterized by a deep crisis of the legislative Assemblies within constitutional democracy.
