The educational relationship, being humanly determined, becomes a privileged instrument of education because it accepts the difference and recognizes the limit of the individual in the wealth of the other by himself during a time, not too short but not too long, in which he identifies as useful and fundamental, not only to promote the intentional and global growth of the educating, but also to favor mutual involvement within the community. This contribution aims to investigate the role of the family today in the society affected by the coronavirus emergency. The sense of citizenship, in such a context, tends to change transforming and adapting to the sociocultural changes that characterize the evolution of the community. Hence, we are talking of not only a health issue, but a problem of immediate educational interest, which embraces the most authentic diversity and human relationships. The family, the most relevant educational environment for the development of relationships and parenthood, today is put to the test, by a socioeducational condition in deep crisis, caused by the pandemic situation of Covid-19.
La relazione educativa, essendo umanamente determinata, si rivela strumento privilegiato del fare educazione, poiché accoglie la differenza e riconosce il limite del singolo nella ricchezza dell’altro da sé nel corso di un tempo, non troppo breve ma neanche troppo lungo, nel quale si identifica come fondamentale, non solo nel promuovere la crescita intenzionale e globale dell’educando, ma anche nel favorire il coinvolgimento reciproco all’interno della comunità. Il presente contributo mira a indagare il ruolo della famiglia oggi, nella società interessata dall’emergenza coronavirus. Il senso di cittadinanza, in un simile contesto, tende a mutare, trasformandosi e adattandosi ai cambiamenti socioculturali che caratterizzano l’evoluzione della comunità. Non si tratta quindi solo una questione sanitaria, ma altresì di una problematica di immediato interesse educativo che abbraccia le diversità e le relazioni umane più autentiche. La famiglia, ambiente formativo principale dello sviluppo delle relazioni e della genitorialità stessa, è messa oggi a dura prova da una condizione socio-educativa in profonda crisi causata dalla situazione pandemica da Covid-19.
