The Author examines the issue of the integration of disabled workers in the organizational and productive structures of employers in the system of compulsory employment. It should be noted that the “redefinition” of the concept of disability itself ("redefinition" as a consequence of the relationship between a person with functional disabilities and the environment in which he or she is placed) determines a paradigm shift in the regulation of access to work, with the passage from a model of imposition tout court of the protected person to a model which, while continuing to be based on an obligation to hire, takes on the goodwill of a “useful and usable” worker and his or her profitable insertion in the employer’s organisation.
L’Autore esamina il tema dell’inserimento dei lavoratori disabili nelle strutture organizzative e produttive datoriali nel sistema di collocamento coattivo. Si evidenzia come la “ridefinizione” dello stesso concetto di disabilità (intesa quale conseguenza del rapporto tra un soggetto con minorazioni funzionali e l’ambiente nel quale è inserito) determini un mutamento di paradigma nella regolazione dell’accesso al lavoro, con il passaggio da un modello di imposizione tout court del soggetto protetto ad un modello che, pur continuando ad essere basato su un obbligo di assunzione, si fa carico dell’avviamento di un lavoratore “utile e utilizzabile” e del suo inserimento proficuo nell’organizzazione datoriale.
