In this chapter, a map of corpus-based translation studies (CTS) is drawn, followed by a critical reflection on its achievements and the identifications of new venues of enquiry for the future. The chapter is organized into three chronological sections, each corresponding to a salient moment in the evolution of CTS: the dawn of corpus-based translation studies (1993-1995); the establishment of corpora in translation studies (1996-1999); the spread of corpora across languages and cultures (from 2000 onwards).

Abstract
In this chapter, a map of corpus-based translation studies (CTS) is drawn, followed by a critical reflection on its achievements and the identifications of new venues of enquiry for the future. The chapter is organized into three chronological sections, each corresponding to a salient moment in the evolution of CTS: the dawn of corpus-based translation studies (1993-1995); the establishment of corpora in translation studies (1996-1999); the spread of corpora across languages and cultures (from 2000 onwards).File in questo prodotto:
