In this paper, the Authors, taking their cue from a singular expert case, intend to address two problems, respectively of an epistemological and methodological nature: first of all, about the so-called perturbing, understood not only as a concept of psychopathological significance, but also as a construct that, under certain conditions, becomes the indicator of a path of criminological significance; moreover, the possibility of using this marker in a psychiatric-forensic key, that is, as a gnoseological device that allows a criminogenetic and criminodynamic reconstruction of a criminal typology placed in a process that degenerates from sexuality into destructiveness.
