The H-Y antigen status was determined innine transexual patients. Our results indicate that sexual behaviour is independent of H-Y antigen constitution, in fact all male-to-female transsexual patients typed as H-Y antigen positive, and the female-to-male transsexual patients were H-Y antigen negative.
