This essay derives from a panel discussion which was held on 6 May 2021 in the context of the last series of meetings of the permanent seminar I santi internauti. The panel discussion Immagini di santità: “tuttiSanti” e “Futuro Arcaico” focused on the representation of saints and holiness created by the artists involved in tuttiSanti and Futuro Arcaico: two Apulian projects connected by the urgence to reinterpret the iconographic and folkloric traditions associated with saints against the perspective of a contemporary and virtual art.
