Traumi psico-fisici e matrimonio: riflessioni medico-canonistiche da una casistica peritale

l presente contributo si colloca nell’ambito della Medicina Canonistica e riguarda una casistica pe-ritale raccolta nel tempo dagli Autori. Si tratta di perizie d’ufficio in tema di nullità matrimoniale ese-guite su coppie formate da almeno un coniuge – ma talora da tutti e due – che in epoca prematrimoniale era rimasto/a vittima di esperienze traumatiche di tipo psichico e/o fisico, significative al punto tale da produrre pregiudizievoli effetti sulla formazione e sul funzionamento della stessa cop-pia nuziale, con tutte le verosimili conseguenze anche in ambito coniugale. Dopo aver descritto la casistica, gli Autori si soffermano sulle implicazioni metodologiche di tali complessi accertamenti, fi-nalizzati, tra l’altro a dimostrare se e fino a che punto il “trauma” abbia o meno inciso sull’opzione nuziale e/o sulla realizzazione della vita matrimonia

This contribution is part of the canonical medicine and is focused on an expert case study collected over time by the authors. These are official appraisals on the subject of matrimonial nullity carried out on couples formed by at least one spouse - but sometimes by both of them - who in the pre-nuptial period had been the victim of traumatic experiences of a psychic and / or physical type, significant to the a point such as to produce prejudicial effects on the formation and functioning of the nuptial couple itself, with all the likely consequences also in the canonical-matrimonial context. After de-scribing the cases, the authors focus on the methodological implications of these complex investiga-tions, aimed, among other things, at demonstrating how much and whether or not the "trauma" has affected the nuptial option and / or the realization of married life
