The Internet has brought about many changes in people's lives, social, psychological and educational, but excessive use can cause a particular addiction, called Internet addiction disorder (IAD), which consists in not being able to control the need to connect to the Net, remaining connected many hours and losing track of time. This addiction can cause physical problems, relationships, work or school and finance. Among the different types include the dependence on virtual sex, from virtual relationships, from network activity, excessive information and virtual games. Therefore, we need to identify the guidelines to regulate the use in terms of time, to prevent Internet addiction and avoid falling into a trap of the network.
