Abstract
In this essay, I analyze albeit in rhapsodic way, the attitude of the legislation of Diocletian towards women. I have deliberately used the term "women", because they are 'enclosed in a universe' in which is highlighted the profound social and economic stratification that affects the Late Antiquity. On the importance of the legal issues interesting the women, already Volterra had promised to publish a study 'in-depth and detailed', but he limited to give only some results. We have set ourselvest in this essay to go per indicem some recurring problems, which highlight classicist trends of the Dalmatina Emperor and some innovations on which origin (by Diocletian or Justinian)has long been discusseed.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
