Il "capitale sociale" del territorio e lo sviluppo sostenibile delle imprese locali: evidenze empiriche

The concept of territorial context to which reference will be made in the paper is defined by the set of tangible and intangible resources - infrastructures, widespread skills, social and institutional relations - determining for the quality of the economic and entrepreneurial life of a territory, therefore, for the so-called economic sustainability of the territory and for the competitiveness of the enterprises operating in it. The specific objective of the empirical survey will be to measure the dimensions of the construct “social capital” with reference to the main actors - institutional and entrepreneurial -, which define a local economic context. The measurement will take place on two types of enterprises belonging to clusters concentrated in the territory of Taranto and Verona (Italy). The aim of the survey to identify the dimensions of social capital serves to make the construct “usable” for managerial designs.
