The role of motor and sports sciences, considered in its educational meaning, has become increasingly important within the school system. Educating through the body allows students,especially younger ones, to learn certain basic knowledge and specific educational values which are fundamental for their educational growth. In this regard, the purpose of this contribution is to propose some effective didactic paths of motor and sports education for kindergarten and primary school, framing, at the same time, the relative learning objectives that should be pursued.
