Raising the standards of the professional culture of teacher is presented by educational policies (OECD, 2019; EC, 2009; Eurydice, 2018; EC, 2017) and by international studies (Perla, & Martini 2019; Magnoler, Attard, Madalińska, & Michalak, 2018; Notti, & Perla, 2017; Mena et al., 2017; Bove, 2009; Mortari, 2009; Altet et al. 2006) as a need to improve the quality of education systems in all the countries . The University of Bari (Perla, 2019 chapter in Perla and Martini 2019; Perla, Vinci, & Agrati, 2017) is willing to guarantee the advancement of scientific research in respect of this matter along with DidaSco Project “School teaching services and teacher professional development”. In thespecific, the DidaSco course “Creative Didactics between Art and Image” presents an intervention strategy which enhances the cultural meaning of art and the innovative value of the “museum spread” in connection with an “open to thesenses” teaching method.With the hope that, by exploiting the process of contemporary art and the operation of the museum instrument and enhancing the pedagogical-didactic implications of the new artistic languages as a creative space, it is possible to envisage integrated training models based on bodily mediation for the development and the implementation of the teacher's skills as well as the acquisition of professional awareness.
