At the end of the Textkritik first edition in 1927, Paul Maas inserted a Nachtrag on the two philological books by Henry Quentin. The citation probably served to fill the lack in its treatise of discussion of stemmatics. In the choice of these texts probably had a role Paul Collomp. This article tries to define the process that led the expunction by Maas in the editions following of any reference to Quentin first and then to Collomp.
