Vincoli finanziari europei e ruolo dello Stato nell'economia

The paper highlights the contraddictions of the relationship between States and the European Union as regards the legal discipline of public finance. The different approach to the concept of governing the economy is highlighted. In particular, the effects experienced by the economic and financial crises are underlined. The different model introduced by the EU triggered the crises of the welfare state and the guarantee of social rights.
