Endovascular treatment of PDAA (post dissection aortic aneurysms) is fascinating and challenging . The Colt branched graft (Jotec/Cryolife, Kennesaw Georgia) , due to its characteristics, can be used as an off the shelf device especially in urgent/emergency settings. In this report we describe the first case of a PDAA successfully treated with a Colt device. .
