The transformation of justice implemented in 1808 in the Kingdom of Napolés was received with acrimony by the jurists due to the important changes that affected the judicial chart. There are especially important two issues: the introduction of the Grand Court of Cassation as the last instance of justice and the creation of a set of prosecution distributed in each instance of the judicial organization.
