Case management partecipato o diffusione di responsabilità? Il caso delle ´equipe (dis)integrate affido-adozione in Puglia

Participative case management or diffusion of responsibilities? The case of foster care-adoption teams experimented in the Apulian Region This paper aims to analyze the functioning of foster care-adoption teams experimented in Apulian Region, in order to verify if they realized an effective case management model. Results highlight teams’ heterogeneity and multiples difficulties regarding organizational aspects, formative needs, lack of resources and instruments. The authors describe a specific database that they planned to improve team-working and propose some suggestions to promote an effective case management.
