Radicalizzati jihadisti: profilazione e deradicalizzazione Constitution-compliant

Nowadays all the different aspects related to radicalization processes in the context of jihadist ideology, aimed at subversion through terrorism, put a strain on fundamental rights. Setting up dividing lines between misuse of religion, indoctrination and terrorism is not clear and present; it is fundamental to wonder whether each individual is a radicalized subject, socially and politically dangerous, or a radical believer hoping for a return to the fundamental basis of his/her faith. The present contribution aims at providing some initial food for thought with regard to criticality levels related to the technical-legal profiling of each radicalized subject; this mentioned issue constitutes a license of legitimacy for the application of Constitution-compliant de-radicalization measures.
