What happens when children's behaviors become criminal acts? How to deal with committed an offense? Hoe does the system react to such situations? Is the a re-educational and pedagogical perspective of intervention? is it still possible to talk education/reeducation or should there be a publishment? It is difficult to answer because teenage violence is a delicate matter and because the emotional impact it has on the public opinion. In this contribution I reflect about the approach adopted by pedagogy in tackling the issues linked to juvenile delinquency, and such perspective is fully supported by the Italian Code of Juvenile Criminal Procedure (D.P.R. n. 448/1988).
