Aśvamedha e Costituzione: il sacrificio rituale nel sultanismo politico contemporaneo (Aśvamedha and Constitution: the ritual sacrifice in the contemporary Sultan politics)

The King’s body and the Constitution are different and same moments where the Asvamedha finds its power’s rules. This condition is described by Girard’s theory of violence too: we understand that the Constitution breck is a ritual sacrifice and in this sacrifice the contemporary politics becomes a new power without constitutional limits, without people and without State. The matter of Asvamedha is legal order yet and again the salvation of State in a world where politics is often only war and sacrifice of human genre.
