The essay examines the downsizing of the role of the State in the economic crisis. Some State and EU interventions are taken into consideration, in order to verify how, both theoretically and practically, the State is experiencing a period of crisis of function and not of subsistence. In short, the State, perennially questioned, would be conditioned by both external policies and its inability to implement the provisions of the Constitution, increasingly exposed to the tides of international economy and finance.

Abstract
The essay examines the downsizing of the role of the State in the economic crisis. Some State and EU interventions are taken into consideration, in order to verify how, both theoretically and practically, the State is experiencing a period of crisis of function and not of subsistence. In short, the State, perennially questioned, would be conditioned by both external policies and its inability to implement the provisions of the Constitution, increasingly exposed to the tides of international economy and finance.File in questo prodotto:
