Cheilitis granulomatosa (CG) is a disease characterized by the swelling of 1 or both lips in the absence of systemic disease. This is the first reported experience of CG favorably treated with omalizumab. Further investigation of omalizumab for the treatment of CG is needed in additional subjects, showing favorable responses, before expanding its indication to this disease.
