Questo contributo intende sottolineare il profondo valore educativo del processo sia minorile che adulto, sia civile che penale, orientato a promuovere il cambiamento esistenziale del soggetto e, insieme ad esso, la assunzione di consapevolezza e responsabilità educativa del sistema familiare che lo circonda e che necessita, insieme a lui, di modificare i propri equilibri interni.
