Abstract
4-OH benzoic acid has been synthesized from phenol and CO2 at room tempe~atm'e and sub-atmospheric pressure of CO2 with 100 % selectivity, using a Carboxylase enzyme. A cheap, fast and easy method for the phosphorylation of phenol has been also developed. This re~esents the first biotechnological application of a Carboxylase enzyme.File in questo prodotto:
