Recent efforts have contributed to reduce the gap between Software Engineering and HCI for what concerns usability, however, this has not led to expected results and impacts in terms of the software development process where the debate is still open. The overall goal of this workshop has been to raise the level of engagement and discussion about human factors in software engineering and software development processes in order to identify opportunities to improve the quality of scientific results and improvements on human aspects of software development.
