The proposed case study gives the cue to reflect on the aspects that concern the treatment of a patient suffering from Parkinson’s Disease and from a psychosis,reached our observation for a medical examination established by the Proxy. We have considered,particularly,the difficulties meet at the moment of his insertion in a Rehabilitative Structure.In that time the patient was suffering from a form of psychosis with remarkable behavioral troubles,induced by the dopamine-aghonists assumed in improper way to face the motor difficulties.The patient previously was a basket professional player.Finally the authors deal with the subject of the informed consent to the treatment and of the motivations to the insertion in the Reha- bilitative Structure,that rather seems faint in our case.
