In the last decades we have noticed an increase of electronic waste generation. The electronic products are short life cycle commodities and they became waste in a short time. The paper analyzes the electronic waste legislation and the materials personal computer are composed of. This can allow us to estimate their intermediate and final destination and the recovered materials. The results could be useful in order to analyzes in advance the recoverable materials and to set an appropriate electronic waste management.
