The increasing amount of data stored in companies’ database forces the development of new systems to help company managers to make decisions. This paper presents some tools that are part of a system whose aim is to support the organization and the running of trade fairs. The paper describes in particular two of them, which exploit information visualization techniques and direct manipulations, to support fair managers in analyzing the data present in the trade fair database.
