There is a growing number of foreign and domestic tourists incoming to different areas of Italy with food-and-wine motivations and, therefore, there is a great potential for food tourism that it is only partly exploited. Food tourism could represent a great chance of development for many territories but there is an urgent need of a clear strategy and a change of cultural mindset in the people working in this sector.File in questo prodotto:
