In our paper, we discuss the methodology and some results of an on-line Delphi-Shang research on two juxtaposed panels of experts, one composed of human research – HR directors and the other one on university teachers. The research contents are the profiles in terms of technical competencies and personality gifts of two relevant professional figures of HR offices, the HR management expert and that on HR improvement. The content aims are the competencies’ evolution and employment forecasting in the short and mean runs, and the educational environment for the professional figures. Experts converged after three iterations both with directors and professors. We realized, too, some question-wording experiments to collect, with a lower response error rate, data with iterative techniques. Finally, we surveyed the Osgood's semantic differential of the experts so to estimate the relationship between the experts' attitudes, knowledge and opinions.
