Abstract
Bosnia Herzegovina in 1991, before the war, was a country characterized by strong ethnical differences, hosting 3 ethnic groups (Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian). From 1992 to 1995 Bosnia was a set of a violent and dreadful ethnical conflict. At the end of it, through the “Dayton Peace Agreement” in 1995, Bosnia Herzegovina was recognized an independent State by the international community. The prerogatives allowed to the federal republic and to the two entities, Republika Sprska (RS) mainly Serbian and Croatian- Muslim Federation (FBiH) and to the Brcko district, extend population divisions and create political, social and economical balance. The West Balkans stabilization process towards the European Union, that already started some years ago, makes a breach in 2013 through the entering of Croatia. Nowadays it is essential to initiate a phase for new Constitutional reforms, since the institutional weaknesses, the ethnical fragmentation and the political division affect economical dimension negatively and it will not lead to positively hope for the future:File | Dimensione | Formato | |
