Sleep and headache are known to be strongly related but the nature of their relation is not completely known. Sleep disorders occurs more frequently in chronic than in episodic headache sufferers and worsen their quality of life. Allodynia is a symptom of central sensitization involved in the mechanism of chronic headache. This study was conducted to search for a possible relation among sleep quality, allodynia symptoms and quality of life in headache sufferers.

Abstract
