They will also become aware of the relevance of these concepts for examining the similarities and differences between English and Italian for translation purposes. Each chapter contains a wide rrange of graded texts, language activities and translation tasks. A useful glossary defining linguistic terminology is also provided together with a key chapter for self-study. The book is accompanied by a digital workbook, English Lexis, Grammar and Translation, authored by Richard D.G. Braithwaite.
