The physical technique of the brain entrainment (BWE) is used and simultaneously time series data of R-R intervals are recorded during rest and alfa brain stimulation. The performed Fast Fourier Analysis evidences that, respect to the rest case, alfa brain stimulation induces a constant improvement in the total power spectral density and in particular in the HF band spectrum. The result is of interest for further consideration by clinicians and researchers of BWE as basic therapeutic tool.???
